The founders of the Oneness University - Sri Bhagavan and Sri Amma - believe the solution to humanity's suffering can only be found through each individual being elevated to a state of causeless love and limitless joy. To transfer him/her into an awakened state of Oneness.
This is being done via a practice called the Oneness Blessing also known as Deeksha, wherein the Divine reaches out to humankind to dissolve the illusion of separateness. Each day this Divine energy is being transferred to individuals around the globe and thousands of people are awakening to the grace of Oneness.
In January 2008, Sky attended the 21 Day Process at the Oneness University in Golden City, India. Upon completion of the 21 Day Process she was initiated as a Oneness Blessing Giver to share this gift with others.
Sky offers weekly Oneness Blessing events at The Thangka Tea Room, Palm City, Florida as well as personal and long distance Oneness Blessings, on the phone. Sky will be holding teleconference calls to offer the Oneness Blessing to others worldwide.
The Oneness Blessing is the direct transference of an intelligent sacred energy which causes the heart to flower and initiates a neurobiological change in the brain. This brings a shift in perception and the realization that the sense of a separate self is an illusion. This is not just another concept, but an experience of Oneness with all of Creation and with the Divine Presence.
Oneness Blessing frees the senses from the constant chatter of the mind resulting in clarity of perception and spontaneous feelings of love, joy, peace, and inner silence. It dissolves negative life patterns, releases traumas stored at the cellular and energetic levels, and facilitates deep emotional and physical healing. Eventually the process brings a permanent end to personal suffering and Full Awakening to the very highest states of consciousness.
The Oneness Blessing is basically a process of transferring Divine Grace which brings about a shift in human consciousness. There are 16 centers in the brain responsible for definitive experiences like sensory perception, emotions of jealousy, hatred, fear, compassion, love, joy, separation, connectedness, creativity, learning, etc. Oneness Blessing results in the activation of certain centers and the de-activation of certain centers bringing about a shift in the perception and experience of life.
Depending on how the brain centers are activated or deactivated, it gives the quality of life. So whatever is our intellectual understanding, whatever is our spiritual wisdom, unless it has impacted the physical structure of the brain, there is not going to be a real shift in our experience of reality. The Oneness Blessing offers this neurobiological change in the brain which in turn shifts our perception and our experience of reality.
Oneness Blessing is usually transferred by the Oneness
Facilitator placing his or her hands on the crown of the recipient's head.
It can also be given by eye contact or by intention from a long distance
away in meditation, or over the phone. Experiences vary and may
be strong, subtle or even delayed until days later. One may experience a
tingling sensation in the head, blissful feelings running through the whole
body or perhaps nothing at all. Whatever the experience, it is certain that
the process of Awakening has begun, a process custom designed for each
person's nature which will lead gradually (or sometimes suddenly) to Full
Awakening to Oneness.
Oneness Blessing/Deeksha is dogma-free and does not belong to any religion,
philosophy or belief. It helps each of us to discover and fully Experience
the Reality of our own unique relationship with the Divine.
Those who receive the Oneness Blessing, either one time or repeatedly over weeks or months, report that it impacts their lives in many ways. Most people report a deeper sense of peace and calm in the midst of external change, and a sense of happiness that has no outer cause. People also report health issues clearing up, greater intimacy and harmony in relationship, greater creativity and capacity to make decisions, often resulting in greater worldly and financial success and wellbeing. Ultimately repeatedly receiving the Oneness Blessing over a prolonged period leads to a profound and direct Awakening into Oneness with all that is.
